B&B Fire Protection, Inc. is a minority owned and operated company in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area. We are a fully qualified Fire Sprinkler System Contractor specializing in the design, fabrication, engineering, installation and service of fire sprinkler systems.  We install these systems in commercial office buildings, industrial plants, schools, churches and homes. Modification and retrofitting of existing fire protection systems is a major part of our business.  The company is licensed, bondable, insured and well-established with it's bankers and suppliers and has built a reputation for timely job completion and the quality workmanship.  The B&B Fire Protection, Inc management team has more than 40 years of experience in hydraulic design, pipefitting and fire protection system installation.  Our staff consists of the President, Business Manager, Design Engineer, Chief Accountant, Experienced Union Journeymen and Apprentices. B&B Fire Protection’s operating procedures are governed by and conform to the design and installation standards and policies set forth by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and local fire codes.  We comply with the following NFPA standards: The Standard for Installation of Sprinkler Systems (NFPA 13)  The Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems in One  and Two-Family Dwellings and Mobile Homes (NFPA 13D) The Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems in Residential Occupancies Up To And Including Four Stories In Height (NFPA 13R). These standards ensure that our customers receive a high degree of protection of life and property through sound engineering principles, test data and field experience.  Our fire protection systems provide a level of safety that is comparable to any systems of its kind on the market today. We employ the state-of-the-art HASS Hydraulics® system as our primary design and engineering tool. It provides cost of materials, labor and overall job estimations as well.
